From Lees Ferry, Lake Powell, Navajo National Monument and now, to Monument Valley…I continue to be in awe of the forces of Mother Nature and it’s effect on the face of this land. Carved from millions of years of wind, water and the shifting of tectonic plates..these marvels of nature are a geological and archeological history of our planet and it’s inhabitants. It is such a treasure. I will never take it for granted. I will be sending photos of some of the beautiful natural wonders we have had the privilege to see very soon. Internet is somewhat limited in some of the isolated locations we have been in. I wish to share all this with you in hopes that you, too, can experience the awe and humility of nature.
